In order to strengthen its human resources, SBP is looking for high caliber and dynamic professionals as Personal Secretaries for the offices of Senior Management. The positions are permanently based at Karachi.

Qualification:

Masters or Bachelors degree (16 years) from HEC recognized institutions or from a reputable foreign university. Candidates having diploma in Secretarial services, Office Management, Administrative Skills will be preferred.

 

Age:

31 years at the time of application, relaxable in case of higher/relevant qualification or progressive experience.

 

Experience:

At least 3 years relevant post qualification experience in a Secretarial position with Senior Executives in a reputable organization preferably banks and financial institutions.

 

Competency:

Proficient in the use of MS office with excellent presentation, communication, conflict management and problem solving skills.
