PSO Management Trainee Program 2018
Pakistan State Oil (PSO), the oil market leader and largest company in Pakistan in terms of turnover, seeks to hire dynamic and career oriented professionals under the training program who are willing to meet challenges and make a difference in the organization.
The training program will offer learning exposure into various business functions where successful candidates will be provided with on the job training under the supervision of senior leaders in the organization. During this tenure they will be able to enhance their knowledge and realize full potential to grow as future leaders. Candidates with the following qualification are encouraged to apply for a one-year training program.

One Year Training Program for 30 Trainee Engineers & 30 Management Trainees
- 30 Posts for candidates having educational qualification of 16 years of education with 4 years bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human resource, Supply Chain, Law, Management Sciences, Accounting & Finance, Computer Sciences (Degree Type: MBA/LLB/BBA/LLM or equivalent)
- 30 Posts for candidates having educational qualification of 16 years of education with 4 years bachelor’s (Engineering) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics & Computer Sciences (Degree type MSC/MS Engineering, BSC/BS Engineering or Equivalent Engineering Degree)
Age Limit: Maximum 26 year as on date of advertisement
How to Apply:
Eligible candidates may register themselves with Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) on their prescribed form available at registration.pts.org.pk latest by Thursday, April 19, 2018 by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.130/- (One Hundred and Thirty Only) directly to PTS, latest by Thursday, April 19, 2018.
Note: One year training assignment does not constitute an employer-employee relationship and there is no obligation on the company to offer regular employment to trainees on completion of training period.
