• Customer Services Officer

Customer Services Officer is permanent position for fresh or experienced individuals with a defined career path. Candidates will be responsible for providing a high level of service to customers, mainly in terms of cash transactions, clearing, remittances and account opening

Age: Maximum 26 years as of 31st December, 2017. The age criteria may be relaxed by 1-2 years for candidates with previous experience as cashiers, tellers with other banks, financial institutions.

 

• Relationship Managers

Relationship Manager is a permanent position that involves dealing with clients and offering them advice on various baiting and financial products and services offered by the Bank, and helping them fulfill their financial needs in the best and most efficient manner.

Experience: Minimum 2.3 years of relevant banking or financial sector experience.

 

• Relationship Executives

Relationship Executive is a permanent position for self-motivated and enthusiastic team players with a strong aptitude for sales. The ideal candidate should be an extrovert with a pleasant personality and strong commination skill and willing to deliver on assigned targets in a challenging environment.

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial sector.

 

Qualification for All Positions:

Minimum 14 years of education from NEC recognized institution. Candidates having complete educational documents in hand will be preferred.
